Physical Therapy….

June 10th, 2008 | Uncategorized |

Hey everyone….Trying to get an idea on average PT sessions. My insurance expires on June 30th, new insurance won’t cover a “pre-existing condition”.I’m only going to have 4 sessions, then if I continue its $150 per 30 minute session! Has anyone done mostly home therapy or should I consider a second job? LOL! Any info would be great!

  1. I’m paying a cash rate of $100 per session (and my sessions are almost two hours)…massage, US, ES, etc. Both the PT and PTA work on me. I’m in Los Angeles, fyi.

  2. Well, I guess since i’m in Track City USA (Eugene, Oregon), they assume i’m a pro athlete. haha Wow, maybe i’ll see if my Dr can recommend someone else!

  3. My doctor tells me that you can do all the exercises at home..just get as much info as you can during your four visits- if that is the route you take..but as for myself, they seem to push me a bit harder at the sessions…good luck with it Kevin
