My name is Courtney and I ruptured my achilles tendon on March 2nd, 2012 while on the last 10 reps of box jumps. I had surgery on March 7th. I live in Northern California and am hoping to be able to return to my active lifestyle as quickly as possible. I am learning a lot during my recovery, including a lot from everyone on this blog. I share my story to help us all recover with support.
