Man, that was a long first month of recovery. Started PWB this week on my own initiative, hopefully the OS will support my call. Other than a couple of little stumbles and jolts it has gone without disaster, but today I am feeling incredibly sick of crutches, close to snapping from frustration, and a long, long way from being able-bodied again. No point in self-pity with all the worse problems in the world, but ATR truly bites.
Have a good one.

Oh how well I remember just a few short weeks ago that incredible frustration at not being able to move without crutches or the boot…& now voila’ I just get up & gimp along on my own two feet…YAY! You too shall gimp along on your own two feel soon, I PROMISE! Happy New Year to you also.

I think you have done the right thing by taking the indicative to PWB- the best protocols all support it early. It gets way easier when the crutches are dropped and the controlled stress of WB is what your tendon needs.
