Hiya. I just got back from the doc for my 4 week postop. I went to 90 degrees and 3 more weeks NWB. Much more conservitive than the first time. Stay positve! Matt

I was cleared to PWB after 6 weeks but decided (after discussion with the doctor) to wait two more weeks to err on the side of caution.

Thanks. I was wondering when PWB might be a good idea. I think I trust the wisdom of you guys more than the doctor's . What I mean is I would rather take the conservative road. Well, 8 weeks means I'll be there in 5 weeks.

I looked into the knee walker or roll about as it is sometimes called. It won't work unless you have someone with you to put it in the car. Or you just use it at home.

Glad to hear you are progressing! After my first op, I was PWB in 16 days. This time, I waited until Week 8. They don't have to warn me...I'm not going through this AGAIN. Keep up the good work.
