This is a extremely outstanding write-up. Seems like you may have been posting for a while, if not, keep it up because this is high-quality stuff. I like it so very much, I linked to it at bed liner , check it out someday!

This is really unrelated to ATR but I meant to mention it before when I first read your story about injuring yourself at a wedding. A good friend of mine who loves to dance, especially after a few cocktails, hit the floor for some signature moves at a wedding a few years ago and was really feeling it so he went for some crazy combination move (he has names for them). Anyway he has tried to describe it to me several times, that is, describe what he wanted to do versus what he did, which was to throw his head down while jumping up and he managed to hit his face on his knee, promptly breaking his own nose then landing awkwardly and almost rupturing a disc. Needless to say he's still after it on the floor, but he leaves the nose breaker move back at home.

good to see ur limp is lessening.. what is your AT/Ankle flexibility like on good leg compared to bad leg?

my scar cracked open a few days after I too the cast off and started stretching, i had to get rid of scab that was still there after 6 weeks in case and re heal it using bepanthen and bandaids..

I love the amusing tone to your recovery lol.

I have been thinking about a visit to the gym to do a bit of upper body stuff and to maybe wind the eliptical trainer a couple of slow revs to see how my foot feels.

Congratulations on ditching the crutches!
I've been given the back of the foot off the step exercise too. It's going downstairs I'm finding more difficult ' cos of the stretch down.
Hope all is well with the scar.
Best wishes,
Sam

Can you please tell me some things I can do as far as exercise. Can I start riding the bike at the gym??? My tendon isn't very tight at all.

thank you: djcarranza
