This is my first post. I am currently 11 weeks post surgery. I have been addicted to this website since I found it during those brutal first 2 weeks after surgery. Everything has gone great and I have been happy with everything along the way. I have definitely learned what the term incremental progress means. I guess that is a good and bad thing, good because you will consistently see progress and bad because the progress is so slow. I have gone to therapy 3 x per wekk since week 3 and really believe that is a big factor in your recovery.
