Second day of physical therapy today. I’ve been getting heat, massage, stretching and stationary bike.
Anyone riding a REAL bike at 8 weeks post op? I would love to.

I rode the exercise bike but don’t be too ambitious. Really difficult until you build up strength. You’ll know.

On flat ground you’d probably be okay, but it’s the unexpected hill or acceleration that I would worry about. Are you riding strong on the stationary bike? If yes, you may be fine. Otherwise, you may want to wait until you’re pretty comfortable on the stationary bike.
