The black at the bottom is staples that haven’t been removed yet? The rest looks great! Your PT may catch up with “thethe program”. If not, you’re entitled to switch. GerryR’s blog has some good tips on how to shop for a PT.

The black at the bottom is just scabbing that has been coming off over the last few days…it’s all completely dry now. Problem with PT for me is this: I am forced because of insurance and in network therapists being available to stick with the banner network, or I will have to pay additional costs to go out of network. What really sucks is my therapists agree with the more aggressive protocol, but can’t use it due to the doctor writing the script for following his slower protocol.
