Hello guys and ladies I was told by my PT that the pool is awesome to enhance flexibility. Any exercise to suggest.? Thanks

    Hi!

    My physio said to do heel lifts ( and one heel lifts if you’re at that allowable stage) in shallow water - about waist depth or more depending on how it feels), water walking back and forth. Then swimming but no flutter kick if you’re at the beginning of your recovery.

    Hope this helps a bit.
