Another PT session this morning. Still pain at 5 and above when weight is on my toes. Standing calf stretches are extremely painful, so is going down stairs normally. Still pain only on the inside of my heel.

PT this morning. Discussed with her everything my Dr and I talked about on Thursday. Don’t really know where to start.
