The name Bad Dive comes from the fact the last straw in the AT rupture was diving into a swimming pool to swim laps. (more on the how here)
I am an early 40ish male. I love to swim, bike, snowboard, etc… I run only to round out my sports for triathlons. I would not say I am some super athlete, but I have always loved being active. Activity is a corner stone to my mental and physical well being.
So, I joined the site to read other’s stories. And of course to share my own as I move through various stages of recovery.
