  2. Hi Aysrose35
I’m sorry to hear you’ve had pain after doing the single leg lifts - I had a similar experience with the single leg drops. It’s nearly 2 weeks since I first tried them at physio and I’m still having some pain. Like you I stopped doing them and have only been doing some gentle stretches and a little walking, trying to give my tendon a rest.
Like you, I had that feeling of my heel disappearing into a hole in the ground when I tore the tendon, though I did here and feel a pop too.
I hope you continue to be pain free and can progress. You’re right about listen to your body and not so much the physio!

  3. Thank you for your reply Pamg. I wish I had stopped heel rising exercises and tiptoe walking till I didn’t fell the pain. I suggest you the same thing. It is better to progress slowly than having pain.
For a month my mind has been fixed to my heel when walking, does it hurt? how much? less? more? Although I have no pain now with NSAIs now, my mind is still there in each step, like a tic! So I really wish to be pain free after NSAIs…
