Massage after surgery?

Hey all. How long after Achilles debridement/haglunds surgery would you say is a good time to start self massaging the Achilles area to minimize scar tissue build up? I’m in a boot so I can access area.

Iwalk 2.0

Im 15 days post op now. I started using the iwalk from day 1. Love being able to have arms somewhat free. But its absolutely killing my quad and hip flexor.  I think walking in that possible strains them. And I still can’t seem to walk very fast. Does/did anyone else have this issue too [...]

Sleeping?

11 days post op

Hi all! Had issues with previous account. So… Here I am 11 days post Achilles debridement and haglunds removal surgery. As of Dec 10th I had plaster cast removed and put into CAM boot at 20 degrees plantar flexion. Biggest pain has actually been in calf. (No blood clot) . I’m using the iwalk [...]
