2 shoes

Quick update.. just saw my Ortho.. said my healing was going amazing and put me in 2 shoes at 8 weeks with a heel lift. Feels great, I was expecting 10-12. Happy healing to all

Be sure to Watch Your Step. Going as fast as the best modern protocol (bit.ly/UWOProtocol ) does NOT mean that you’re invulnerable, or that your AT is close to full strength! But it does mean you’re on the right path.
BTW, there’s no agreement on using heel lifts in 2 shoes. UWO did not, and I think most of the other modern studies did not, but lots of Docs prescribe them. Not evidence-based, but probably harmless, maybe even helpful, who knows?
