When changing my dressing on my incision 4 days after sutures removed I discovered the bottom inch had come undone about 1/2 cm deep. Now I have to be an additional 2-3 weeks complete no weight bearing in a wheelchair (4 weeks after surgery) right when I should be trying partial weight bearing with crutches and my boot! Very tired of wheelchair and sitting all day! Now I am worried I will be in a wheelchair even longer if this area rear heel pad doesn’t heal properly! Any advice out there?
