  1. I appreciate hearing all your details and progress. We had surgery within the same week and our progress is pretty similar but I was kept in a cast longer. I’m finding walking in water and heel lifts in a water to be very helpful, and my limp is slowly improving. Did you ever use a cane?

  2. No I didn’t use a cane after I came out of the boot. Just very slow and methodical walking to produce the most effective gait to try and retrain how I walk. Prior to the rupture I was not walking in a manner anyone would consider “good”. Would just throw my leg out there with no real ankle control. I am now being very deliberate about my steps. I haven’t experienced any pain just a lot of stiffness in my ankle joint and stiffness in the skin around the surgical site. Both get better each day with manual therapy and exercise.

  3. Pleasant blog, I want to be an awesome essayist like you, since believe me I am missing the mark off words to express what I am feeling subsequent to reading this blog entry. Simply needed to state I discovered you through Google. I truly value your abilities and attentiveness. Thank you in order for sharing this astounding data
