Your incision looks good. Much smaller than some that I’ve seen. Your little furry buddies are adorable too. Hope that you are doing well!

I think that’s about 1/3rd of the incision that I got - looks good. Cast above the knee? Bet you were happy to get rid of that one. My doc said icing around the cast wouldn’t do much, but I was in so much pain from swelling inside and couldn’t sleep. My wife got sick of seeing me like that and wrapped an ice pack around it. Within 20 second it helped and I was sleeping - like someone hit me with knockout gas.

Kellygirl- thanks my little dustmop doggies have been by my side throughout. I feel bad because I am squally traipsing them through the rivers and woods this time of year…. As for doing well, I am doing my best. June was hard and I cannot really return to work I until I can drive so that is weighing my mind down… But I am trying like the dickens to stay present and not to get bogged down with things I have no control over. Hope you are healing well

Craig9er, I had a partial tear. Maybe that is why my incision is smaller? I was most definitely super happy to get the big cast off! Ice asks ave been my savior throughout ths ordeal. I was surprised to have found that the fiberglass cast transfers to cold quite well. It has been very soothing. Happy healing to you
